Dispatching

If you have paid for your purchase(s) via credit or debit card, and this has been successfully processed, we will immediately dispatch your order. In the vast majority of cases, this means your order will be sent on either the day it is received or the next working day.

Delivery Info

We deliver to the UK, Europe, and Internationally.

UK Orders are fulfilled by DHL.

International Orders are fulfilled by DHL.

Delivery costs are based on weight and delivery country and are calculated at the checkout.

Returns Info

We accept returns made within 14 days for cut lengths in an unused condition. 

We accept returns made within 30 days for full pieces, where the goods have not been subjected to any form of cutting or amended processes.

Refund Policy

All our cloth orders are cut to specific lengths. Therefore we can only issue a refund if an item is faulty. If an item is found to be faulty, a full refund or a replacement length will be given.
